We only have a few weeks left and I will send out the certificates for their belt level during the last week of school.
Week eight: last week to turn in songs for recorder belts.
Congrats to those of you who are still earning belts! The information below is about Vocaroo a website kids can earn to play for their belts.
If you want to still earn your belts you can use Vocaroo website www.vocaroo.com. It is a website that lets you record and share your recording with others. Just go on the website and press “Click to Record.” Allow the website to use your microphone and then start recording. You can use this website to play for me. I love getting vocaroo emails. If you are playing for a recorder karate belt you must state your name and the belt you are playing for before you play. For example say “Hi Mrs. Raffaelli, this is Emily playing for my green belt.” If you screw up hit retry, if you like your recording press “Click Here To Save.” Then when the sharing options come up hit email. My email is: [email protected]. You have to put your email(or your parents) in the “from” spot and you can write me a note in the “note” spot if you would like. Then click by the box so the website knows you are not a robot… and press send! I will then listen to your recording and email you back to tell you how you did.
